30-Day Return Policy: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when delivered
- Free Returns: We pay return shipping costs for approved returns
3. Important Exceptions
- Custom/Personalized Items: Made-to-order custom boxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective
- Design Errors: Returns are not accepted for design errors if the final artwork was approved by the customer
- Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Special terms apply – contact us before ordering
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval/denial within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
- Full Refund: Includes product price + original shipping cost
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us immediately if items arrive damaged or defective
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund
- Photos of damage may be required for verification
